Final Term 1 Project
For the project I was set to make a 15 second animation on after effects with my chosen theme, characters and setting. It was just to show through our after effects lectures we had learnt how to use it of our own back:

Walking towards camera (Shading test)
As a character walks into the camera, a good way to make a transition to the next frame or scene is to make the character fade out to a silhouette:
UFO shadow (Shading test)
For my final project, a giant ship of some kind is going to fly over the main character, causing a shadow effect:

Robot walking (redo)
I changed this test slightly by making the head and arms catch up with the body after the bounce:
Robot walking (Movement test)
This test was made to see if i could create the illusion of the character walking from a front camera view from making it bounce slowly and zooming the camera in:

Skeleton Archer (Puppet pin test)
I wanted to see if i could apply the puppet pin tool to a bow string:
The Spaceman Project
All the graphics were supplied for me, this was an exercise to test using the puppet pin tool in after effects:

Setting a scene animation
In this exercise I created a '2.5D' scene with graphics that were provided for me, and then I panned the camera through the scene:
Robot diving animation
None of the graphics are owned by me. The footage was already created, and our exercise was to put it all together and make it work. Like making sure the robot didn't move with the camera pan:
Shapes animation
This animation is a an exercise where we use simple solids. This style is used a lot in commercials and lyric videos:
Spaceship project
I do not own the graphics used in this animation. This was a beginner exercise to get into using after effects for '2.5D' animation.
